Written Notification (ENG)

 

​​As per stipulated in the Environmental Protection and Management Order (EPMO) , 2016, it shall be the duty of every person, who intends to carry out the prescribed activity set out in the First Schedule, to submit a Written Notification to the Authority before he undertakes such activity. The Written Notification shall be accompanied with the details as required in the Second Schedule, together with a completed Notification Matrix.

Submission shall be made in the form of:

Note that no person shall undertake any prescribed activity until he receives a response from the Authority with regards to the submission.​
