Consignment Application Process

To request e-waste collection or disposal, please complete the following steps:

  1. Fill in and complete Part A to D of the Consignment Form below.
  2. Attach the relevant required supporting documents:
    • Cover Memorandum / Letter from MOFE
    • Approval Letter from MOFE
  3. Submit the completed Consignment Note form and supporting documents to the designated address below.
